I would like to say The whole staff is very professional and know what they are talking about. They gave you a quote they stand by it. They give you a time and they are done by that time. Talking to the gentleman before and after my service was a knowledgeable time ,they informed me about all the issues Going on with my vehicle and told me a service plan if I wanted to take care of everything 100% professional I definitely will be taking all of my auto repair business there. They were professional, polite and did a detailed examination of my vehicle, including pictures. They pointed out that one of the problems they noticed was under warranty and they saved me more than $1,800. They even called the Kia dealership to explain the problem and let Kia know I would be bring the car in.

Lange's full diagnostic service was the most thorough I've ever experienced, with photos documenting each step. My vehicle is 18 years old & has 82,000+ miles on it, and Lange found a couple of issues that no other service entity, including a dealership, ever pointed out, and Lange documented those issues with photos. Their service pricing for my repairs were lower than the dealer's pricing or a regional service store's pricing. Lastly, Lange is a family-owned business which I will be happy to support going forward.
