Pilot was in for a CE light that came back on after it was in for the same repair a the week prior. Chris was honest and replaced the part that turned out to be faulty at no charge. All has been great since. Highly recommend.

I'm updating my review as I realized I was wrong: the battery Lange's replaced was at least 4 years old and not 1 year old as I previously thought. It needed replacing and Lange's was kind enough to also fix the ignition coil with no labor charge. I would recommend Lange's!

Craig, we appreciate your feedback and apologize for any inconveniences experienced. However, we want to clarify that the battery in your vehicle was over four years old and failed our battery test. Please refer to our previous message sent directly to you with pictures verifying the battery condition. Our team did have to jump-start your vehicle due to the dead battery, and at the time, there were no fault codes indicating a misfire, which required you to test drive it and come back for further confirmation. We did not charge you for labor on the ignition coil work and felt we did everything possible on our end to ensure the safety of your vehicle. We wish you all the best in finding a new automotive shop that better suits your needs.
