I had my car towed in. Chris was very accommodating and was able to look at it in timely manner. He explained what was happening that he could see. Told me the price. When that problem was corrected another much bigger problem was found. He explained to me how this happened. Again, before doing further work he called and asked me. I really appreciated that he out it into layman terms for me. I trust Lange’s and would highly recommend them. They’re very trustworthy.
