I came to Lange Auto Care after being significantly dissatisfied and disappointed with a recent visit to one of the areas more prominent chain service centers. I spoke with Dan on the phone and was able to get an appointment the next day for rear brake service on my 2007 Mercury Milan Premier. After dropping my car off the night before, the next day, Chris called with a very thorough assessment of my vehicle and what issues existed. Based on the age and mileage of my car I chose to only do the brake service. That evening when I arrived to pick up the Milan, I was very surprised and appreciative to discover that they had saved me $120 off the original quote by installing a level of brake pads that made sense for the life cycle of my car! (Rather,than the typical up sell seen at other service centers for parts that aren't appropiate or cost effective for a 14 year old daily driver!) As a result, me and my wife will be bringing both our vehicles in for oil changes and service in the future! Thank you for taking good care of me and my car!

They called me after doing an inspection on my car and went over everything with me in detail with recommendations of what they suggested get done for safety reasons and what could wait.
