There have been several times when expectations were that my vehicle needed more repair going in. Chris found that that wasn’t the problem and the fix was much less expensive. Chris and Dan are looking out for my best interest.

He immediately told me that my worries were unfounded , I was to bring the car back and he would see that the issue was addressed and that the car would not be considered repaired until he and I agreed that it was Further there would be no charge for the work he previously did. That is a rare response and fully confirms the rating
