I made my first visit to Lange’s Auto for an oil change. The shop was very flexible when I needed to change the appointment time as well. When I arrived I was treated with friendly customer service and my vehicle was taken back promptly. I am very happy with the service I received and will definitely return again in the future. Lange’s did such a thorough job. I was so impressed with the clean waiting area and quick drop off. I loved the efficiency of the text with the link to my diagnostic evaluation. I also appreciated the personal explanation of what it all meant when we picked up the car.

I still need to bring my Jeep back in due to engine light on that I noticed on the drive home from picking it up. Once that is corrected this will be a 5 star.
